A very peaceful place to stay and relax.

The cleanliness and good smell of the room upon entering the room.The whole staff was very accomodating and friendly.

There’s a lot of stones on the beach swimming area, you might get hurt if you swim carelessly and accidentally steps on rough stones.

Great place for couples as long as they are not fully booked. otherwise, can’t even squeeze in to the pool full of kids

Nice secluded place with very relaxing views. Breakfast was good.

Food from their resto was ok, a bit overpriced and not value for money but there’s no other option in the area

Enjoyable.

The room was properly spaced. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The attention to details was outstanding and it was clear that the staff was dedicated to making sure our stay was enjoyable. I am referring to the waiters in the restaurant.

The bedroom are spacious.

Very disappointing!.. First there were no WiFi in the room, which should not even be in their webpage available when it’s not. The pool is very small for such number of guests “VERY” crowded and it’s with algae around the corners. The guests have no right to complain coz the reception will do anyway what they want. No shuttle bus! The place is very far away from the city which means booking there without your own car is already a misery, there are no available taxis around. This place is very far away from claiming a 5 star property, they do not have the facilities no gym, no mall, no shuttle bus, no WiFi, overcrowded pool, nothing that concerns their guests are provided. The Cabinets are crawling with small ants and spiders... I would be very ashamed to even mention 4 star quality.

-Staff was respectfull -Spacious Room and CR -Nice ambiance -Soft bed -A/C was cold enough -Wide Parking space

- Our first night didnt sleep well due to the aircon was very noisy the whole night had to open n close the unit just to avoid the noise (something wrong with aircon motor) -Upon check in the 2nd floor hall very noisy because of men working the ceiling, -Food is expensive, not tasty and not worth what we paid for but due to the nature of location had no choice but to order inside the hotel -Restriction on bring food and liquor -100% charge for corkage fee (way to much) -Called front desk around 9am to ask for complimentary bottled water but to no avail the water was not delivered even until check out time, -I have emailed to know if there is accredited flower shop since its our anniversary and want to surprise my wife upon our arrival but no reply back from the email. -Required the full payment upon check in, made me feel uncomfortable that i'm not going to pay the hotel, its my FIRST time to encounter that kind of policy -Breakfast area is thr reception area -Encountered mosquitoes at dining area and room (my daughter was bitten by mosquitoes )

Stayed in one of the Casitas and it was truly amazing, the room is bigger than I expected and the bathroom is bigger than my own bedroom at home. The view was nice of the ocean and mountains and even though the weather wasn't the greatest, it was still really nice and relaxing.

Peaceful. Ambience . Buffett breakfast. Monkeys walking nearby. Loved the private beach .

Menu selection with few choices. (Yet bringing food or most drinks to the resort is not allowed, and in fact clients are charged if food is brought in). Not enough food choices for a vegetarian like me. And even with the few choices, even some of those were not available most of the days, for example the granola and yogurt in the mornings was only available one day. Check out was too long about half an hour. Asked staff to replenish the minibar. But they never did throughout the stay in the Casitas. On check out Steph told me that we had to pay 350 pesos for a missing hand towel. I told them to check again. After about another 10 minutes I said well let me go and check. Then they said oh, we found it. That was my last interaction before leaving, kind of left a bitter taste in my mouth about my entire stay.

Excellent design. Excellent staff

There was no WIFI in the rooms ️️️ which is very important WIFI is very common in all hotels. I was in unit C1, I recommend to have a fan in the balcony to have a better and enjoyable environment
